Luisa Pimentel Martins
An architect, with a Masters degree in architecture, she initiated her professional life in 2009. Luisa has wide experience in property management and licensing, surveying, tender preparation, budgets and coordination of works. She is based in Coimbra.
Ruy Sá Ribeiro
A Civil Engineer, with over 30 years of experience in the various fields of the property market, including vast experience in site management and property licensing and evaluation. He is based in Porto.

Inês Alves Guerra
Inês has a Law Degree from Universidade Católica and a post graduation in Urban Leasehold. She has been as registered and practicing solicitor since 2002. Between 2002 and 2008, she worked for Uria Menendez Law Firm, where she was part of the litigation and property teams.
Currently, she is a legal consultant on property litigation, mainly on property regularization litigation.
She recently carried out a legal audit on 700 properties for the creation of a Real Estate Investment Fund.
Marta Pitschieller
Marta holds a Law Degree and a Post Graduation in Business and Economic Law, and has been a registered and practicing solicitor since 2002.
She provides legal advice services on property market transactions, and has been responsible for the coordination of multiple legal audits on property portfolios of various banking institutions.
She is also a legal advisor on urban and rural lettings, property leasing, tourism projects, land consolidation and subdivision, as well as regularization of Land Registry.
